I wrote this poem when i was hospitalized
and i had nothing but my thoughts, pens, paper and my pain
its a very hard thing to go through alone but
substance abuse and mental illness go hand in hand
and if you're going through a hard time right now
just know you're not alone and remember
hugs over drugs <3
